Personal
Personal command agents
Run a set of assistants for calendar, emails, and decision support with one approval policy for critical actions.
- Private work context
- Repeatable templates
- Readable mission traces
Invite-only supervised pilot
Give a solo operator or small team specialized agents for support, reporting, and operations, with approvals, spend controls, and mission-level traceability.
Scale by adding roles, not headcount, while keeping the budget line visible.

FLEET-FIRST THINKING
Model your organization as an AI fleet, then add people and agents into one operational structure. Keep the decision points where they belong: at management level.
Personal
Run a set of assistants for calendar, emails, and decision support with one approval policy for critical actions.
Family
Coordinate family routines with role-based oversight for appointments, reminders, and shared planning across households.
Team
Start with a small team and add specialized agents for support, reporting, and operating loops as capacity grows. Every run stays visible and cost-controlled.
Scale
Add new roles for finance, product, operations, or operations support as mission types expand.

YOUR TOOLS, ONE FLEET
FleetRun ships 3 first-party connections — Google Workspace, Slack and Notion — that read mail, calendars, files and channels, and draft email and invitations for a person to approve. Beyond those, a fleet can connect any server in the Model Context Protocol registry, and every tool it offers runs through the same approvals, spend limits and mission trace. The brands below are roadmap directions for first-party connectors, not connectors you can use today.
WHAT THE PILOT INCLUDES
Start a bounded mission, review what the agent did, and retain the final say. Capabilities outside this loop remain roadmap until they are proven in production.
Give one agent a bounded brief, inspect its trace, and keep a person in charge of consequential decisions.
Missions stop at approval boundaries. The pilot does not promise autonomous email drafting, sending, or agent-to-agent delegation.
Schedules are offered only in pilot environments where the worker is operationally enabled and monitored.
Route approvals and budgets across a hierarchy of humans and agents before any mission can execute risky actions.
See the control loop
Every mission is visible from intake to approval. FleetRun gives a solo operator or small team the leverage of an AI workforce without handing over the steering wheel.

How the pilot works
FleetRun makes the path from idea to supervised mission visible, so your team can learn what works before expanding the fleet.
Tell us about the personal, household, or team process where follow-through is getting expensive or repetitive.
We define the agent role, tools, budget, approval points, and what stays out of scope before a mission runs.
Watch the mission trace, approve consequential steps yourself, and use the result to decide what the fleet should learn next.
Before you join
FleetRun is early by design. Here is what the supervised pilot can do today and where we are still learning.
FleetRun helps you organize AI agents into a governed workforce. Each mission has a role, a budget, visible steps, and human approval before consequential actions continue.
The pilot includes supervised missions, approval gates, mission traces, and constrained tools for Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion — reading mail, calendars, files and channels, and drafting email and calendar invitations for a person to approve. Beyond those, a fleet can connect any server from the Model Context Protocol registry, and every tool it offers runs through the same approvals, spend limits and mission trace. Schedules and broader automations depend on the configured environment.
Early users can bring a personal workflow, household operation, new business, or team process. We review each request by use case and onboarding complexity so the first fleet has clear boundaries.
A note from the builder
FleetRun is early, and that is why the product is explicit about boundaries. We would rather show a supervised pilot, a visible budget, and an unfinished roadmap than sell an imaginary autonomous employee.

Mission traces make each step reviewable.

Keep the decision
Consequential actions stop for a person.
